Guitar Shed is preparing for the 5th annual ShedFest, a benefit concert for Lanta Gras, and we are seeking sponsorships to build community and help fund the event. The concert, which will be held on August 17th, 2024, at The Garden Club at Wild Heaven West End, aims to raise money for the Lanta Gras Music Program.

Lanta Gras is a 501 c(3) nonprofit that builds community through music. Lanta Gras was born from the love of Mardi Gras and held their first annual neighborhood parade in Kirkwood, Atlanta, in 2014. They provide music scholarships and instruments for neighborhood kids within the Jackson Cluster of the Atlanta Public Schools System. Each year, they celebrate the Lanta Gras Music Program and their love of music by hosting a Mardi Gras parade, Lanta Gras Parade and Festival, that brings together their diverse community, raises awareness and helps to fund the music program.
